Quit Smoking Today and Change Your Life

Smoking is one of the deadliest habits you can opt into, and one of the most difficult to quit. The benefits when you quit smoking so far out-weigh the benefits of continuing to smoke that it is mind boggling to try and figure out why so many people start to begin with.

I used to smoke. I quit smoking over 20 years ago and have never had the urge since. My health improved almost immediately. Food began to taste better, and I was no longer a social outcast.
